About David

David began playing guitar for "Folk Masses" back in 1969 while in High School. He has been playing, singing, writing music, and learning how to be an effective music minister from everyone around him ever since. He has led and ministered music for large conferences, retreats, days of recollection, prayer meetings, weddings, funerals, baptisms, penitential services, and of course many, many Masses since then - probably over 1,000! David has an MA in Theology from Duquesne University and a BA in English from St. Fidelis College Seminary. He and his wife, Paula, and their "special needs" adult son, Paul, live in Bluffton, SC. All three of them are active in the music ministry at St. Francis by the Sea Church on Hilton Head Island. (Paul plays the keyboard and is an essential part of the "Echoes of Heaven" music group there along with his parents and several other parishioners.) David's primary business is NetGreen Consulting, Inc. - a website development and Internet marketing company that he founded in 2005. He also helped to found OSPREY Village, Inc., a non-profit organization that seeks to provide independent living options for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults in their local area.
